Thermal, power and economic parameters of innovative technology of development of nearsurface geothermal deposits
- Authors:
- E. I. Boguslavskiy
Deficiency of organic fuel and necessity of protection of environment cause growth of rates of development practically inexhaustible, everywhere widespread and ecologically pure geothermal resources. For needs of a heat supply especially actively developing innovative technology of development of near-surface geothermal resources has great value. Operative mining of the production schedules containing optimum parametres and indicators PSGT is necessary for designing and building of near-surface systems of a geothermal heat supply (PSGT). The imitating economic-mathematical model is developed, the algorithm and the program of their optimisation are created. Computer calculations for a wide range of natural, power and economic conditions are carried out. Key parametres and indicators PSGT are defined. Their optimum values for a heat supply of local consumers (apartment houses) in the conditions of the Yaroslavl area are recommended.

The paper is concerned with mathematical modeling of heat and mass transfer in subsurface geothermal systems. Heat exchanger is driven as a vertical channel in an impermeable rock massive. The temperature of rock is driven in accord with a usual thermal conductance equation on a cylinder coordinates basis. The boundary conditions between the rock and heat exchanger are given by the equality of a thermal flow.

For measurements plasma diode electron current-magnetic field strength relations were used. Parameter Dj, which characterizes cathode heterogeneity by work function, and coefficient of reflection for policrystallic tungsten and for face 110 tungsten single crystal were measured. Proportion entering in effective reflection coefficient of electrons, reflected immediately from the surface and from potential barrier of spots field was determinate.

- Authors:
- I. I. Parfenova
Three atomic shell cluster of SiC is treated as a set of chemical bonds with tetrahedral coordination. Chemical bonds energies are determined in tight binding approximation taking into account second neighbors interaction and relaxation of atomic positions. Correlations in behavior of Al and N atoms in Si-C-Al-N system determine the quasibinary character (SiC) 1-x (AlN) x alloys. Inhomogeneous regions in (SiC) 1-x (AlN) x system were evaluated using the condition of mixing free energy minimum. We assumed that doping does not change the vibration spectra of the crystal.

Procedure for determination of parameters of a condesing structures with a movable capacitor plates
- Authors:
- N. S. Pshchelko
Procedure for definition of parameters of a condenser structure cap is considered. The procedure allows by means of one operation – volt – capacitance characteristic measuring – to define the whole complex of the major parameters of a cap – size of a working air gap, a membrane deflection, surface electret potential and a membrane tension. The expressions for capacitance of a condenser structure cap as a function of specified parameters are obtained. Analytical expression for capacitance of a cap depending on the specified parameters and measuring of its volt-capacitance characteristic allow to define these parameters by solving corresponding system of equations. The procedure considered in the present work is a not-destroying quality monitoring method.

Anodic bonding method for adhesion enhancement of conducting films to dielectric substrates
- Authors:
- A. G. Syrkov
- N. S. Pshchelko
The appearance of great pulling electric fields at anodic bonding process with a conductor surface to ionic dielectric turns out to be possible due to the interlayer polarization developing in dielectric under the action of electric voltage. This results in a negative charge accumulation in a layer of small thickness beside anode. Thus applied electric voltage is distributed not through the whole thickness of a dielectric, but in fact is applied to a narrow area of the three-dimensional charge beside anode. Arising strong electric fields force the connected materials to unite. In the present work it is shown that use of the discussed technology allows to increase considerably adhesion of conducting films to dielectric substrates both in the process of their deposition and after it.

- S. A. Rassadina
The ongoing reform of higher education in Russia requires finding new approaches to syllabus planning, new ways to manage and supervise students’ individual academic activities. Humanities are not limited to information transfer, they aim at developing students’ analytic abilities as well. Thus, the interaction between students and teachers becomes of utmost importance. The reform allows increasing the share of extramural activities, which creates a challenge of preserving interactivity. In the article, the author has considered cutting-edge interactive communication technologies that can help teachers coordinate students’ extramural studies and encourage their epistemic curiosity they need to absorb humanities.

Humanitarization of the ecological education аs a function of the ecological expert training system

- I. G. Rebeshchenkova
Ecological crisis is the essential part of the total crisis of the modern civilization. It is the consequence of the number of the causes, including dehumanization of society, moral decadence, loss of need in the beauty and so on. These processes are the special danger for the young generation. For the neutralization of the negative processes it is necessary to combine the ecological education with the ecological training, is engaged in its humanitarisation. In this connection we have the task of the creation of the ecological preparation system of the specialists. Saint Petersburg State Mining Institute is the first institute in Russia, in which are introduced the disciplines of the ecological profile and in which is accumulated the considerable experiment in the education of the engineers-ecologists, is created the scientific base and the skilled workers, is extended the spectrum of the directions and the disciplines – is laid of the stable foundation for the proposed system of the ecological education. The natural-science and engineering blocks of this foundation with the necessity must are cemented with the block of the social and humanistic disciplines, including ecoethics, ecoesthetics, ecopsychology, ecophilosophy, ecohistory, ecopolitology, ecoethnology, etc.
