Human being is included in various connections and relations with the reality and is studied by the ramified system of scholarly disciplines. Philosophy plays a special role in cognition, it has a function of integrator of knowledge about human being, and it would be impossible without the tight bonds between philosophy and particular sciences. The development of modern natural sciences, especially biology, is more and more oriented to the study of the fundamentals of life, of the human being – nature – society system.
Humanitarization of higher technical education is a major problem of the future expert’s general cultural development. Humanitarization of education is the process of personification of humanistic ideas and values in people’s world views and their social being.
Business etiquette is a complex system of applied knowledge of humanitarian importance and the overall goal of this course is to provide graduate students with the necessary knowledge in the field of psychology and ethics of business contact as an important tool of interpersonal communication and a means of human adaptation to the business environment. Since etiquette and rules of good tone are always an expression of the spirit of the time, a certain situation and reflect the social structure of society, knowledge of business etiquette will allow future specialists to use them in practice as an important means of communication, which was facilitated by the ethical and psychological practical work included in the course, involving the modeling of various ethical situations.
The topic of this work is psychological aspects in economic science. In work some questions of psychology, connected with activity of managers are considered, namely: sources of a psychological direction in economy; problems of branch; personal qualities of the modern leader, criteria of their estimation; various methods based on psychological receptions used by managers for successful activity.
