Calculation of parameters of pipe-water transportation of hydraulic mixtures with high concentrations of solid phase
In this paper the results theoretical estimation of value yield shear stress at the hydraulic transportation of poly-metallic ore tailings are presented. In basis of a method separate positions of the similarity theory are used thus in consideration the combination of numbers of Reynolds, Froud and Euler which set have led to the new dimensionless criterion describing the yield shear stress is accepted.

Calculation of loads on walls of cylindro-conical hoppers.

For calculations of designs accumulating, running (dampering) bunkers design procedures of the elementary forms the vertical cylinder or even slot-hole capacity with vertical parallel walls are used and processes of movement of a material are not considered in any way at release. The method of calculation for the combined form of the bunker in view of physicomechanical properties of a material of loading and walls of the bunker (a corner of a natural slope, bulk weight, factors of friction between particles of a material and particles about walls of the bunker is offered at rest and movement of a material) on the basis of use of model of the discrete environment in the form of regular stacking spheres.

Justification of rational technical parameters of low-toxic diesel engine for underground mining transportation equipment

In work the analysis of the operational factors influencing toxicity of fulfilled gases of diesel engines is presented. Actions on reduction in toxicity are certain. The difference between concentration СО on the unsteady and established modes which strongly depends on a high-speed mode. The generalized dependences of concentration of toxic components on a high-speed operating mode of domestic transport diesel engines without pressurization and with pressurization are presented. Specific emissions of toxic components of domestic diesel engines from a loading operating mode are presented too. It is drawn a conclusion on necessity of application of devices and the control systems providing reduction of duration of transients.

Hydraulic coarseness of coal particles

Having accounted coal particles after fragmentation on different equipment, particles in the form of needles, cubes, plates, blocks and pyramids were distinguished. After the analysis of the research to define the speed hindered falling of particles of different forms in water (hydraulic fineness) there have been proposed dependencies considering the density of the heterogeneous carrier phase, effective viscosity of water containing coal mud in different quantity, equivalent diameter for different forms of coal particles and the seeming density of dry coal at a specific ash content and average humidity.

Determination of quantity of coal grains by equations of total characteristic of coarseness

Volume shares taken by every phase of the heterogeneous mixture for coal particles in the shape of cubes, plates, needles, bricks and pyramids allow defining true density of mark D bank coal. Using the fineness all-up, taking into account the ash content and the forms of the extruded coal particles, we obtained the volume for heterogeneous water-coal suspension 16 % less than the cubic grains volume, calculated by the old method.

Estimation of lubricating ability of oils of transmissions of mining machines
Lubricating value shows loading capacity of transmission oil. Poor lubricating value of friction couples which are used at borderline lubrication ordinary have wear-out areas and these friction couples also fiercely attacked by corrosion. Lever-type traction mechanisms with pressure of driving wheels regulated in function of resistance to motion

Long-range redundancy of protection failures in 0,4 kV networks at gas transportation enterprises

The electrical networks of voltage 0,4 kilovolt are the most widespread ones, they are used at all industrial and agricultural enterprises, power stations and substations. Fail-safe operation of enterprises depends to a large extent on these networks. A problem of remote reservation of failures of guards and cutout switches has always been very acute in the networks of 0,4 kilovolt. Due to a very substantial reduction of values of short-circuit currents as the distance between a point of fault and power supplies increases, it was not possible to carry out this reservation by the same traditional methods as in high-voltage power networks. This problem has been found possible to be solved only in recent years when digital technology began to be used for protection of electrical networks.

Increase of accuracy of humidity measurement of bulk materials by dynamic thermovacuum method

With the aim of increasing the accuracy of humidity measurement in bulk materials with application of the dynamic thermal vacuum method within the range above 20 % it was suggested to use temperature curve parameters of the vacuumized sample which characterize moisture freezing in the material. The paper offers analytical dependences describing correlations between the volume of water in the vacuumized sample before crystallization begins and parameters of the temperature curve and initial moisture content in the material as well as experimental research results that prove the adequacy of the model offered.

Relevance of application of centralized protection with inverse dependent time-current characteristic of RXIDG type for networks with resistive neutral groundi

It is necessary to use considerably highomed resisters because of there are requirements to restrict over voltage by voltage 6-35 kilovolts with the resistive ground neutral to the same meaning in the networks. It makes usage of traditional protection from ground short circuit based on a current curve principle is inefficacious. Special characteristics of current curve the type RXIDG realized on digital relay are offered to use for these purposes. For these protections valuation of sensibility was done and the fields of using for opposite dependence characteristics in dependence on dimensions of networks was viewed. There is necessity for these devices of protections nonlinear characteristic of current curve under perfect tooling for protection of the networks 6-35 kilovolts considerably highomed ground neutral ground short circuit in the article.

Dielcometric meter of humidity of bulk media

A method is offered and the device bringing into effect this method which excludes the impact of electrode wear and inter-electrode space on metrological parameters of moisture indicators is presented. It is shown that by use of the known capacitance sensors with the help of the proposed algorithm of transformation it is possible to switch from the capacitance meters of dispersion material composition to pure dielcometric meters. In this situation metrological parameters do not depend on part specifications of their sensors. In addition the impact of all non-diagnostic markers is excluded in this device.

Microprocessor excitation systems of electromechanical complexes with synchronous motors

Perfection of systems of excitation is defined both actualization of known requirements, and occurrence new. We shall note the following: increase of the entrance moment, increase in dynamic stability, decrease in losses, maintenance of requirements on quality of the electric power networks of feed, group management and regulation, a mode of operation with a minimum level of service. Performance of these requirements with a necessary level of efficiency is provided with application of the power keys operated by a voltage (IGBT, IGСТ) and microcontrollers. New electronics allows to maintain the equipment with a minimum level of service, but generates a new problem of replacement of accessories at long operation. For example, alternation of generations of microcontrollers demands drawing up and debugging of the new program.

Reduction of influence of higher harmonics on work of electrical complex of mining enterprise
This work contains one of methods reduction high harmonics in electric networks of the industrial enterprises. Considering the maintenance of inductive and capasitor elements in a network the offered way is based on changing peak-frequency characteristic of network unit. Such changing is possible connecting additional reactors which parameters are defined by deciding various problems. The offered way is more economic in comparison with filter-compensating devices.

Improvement of heat treatment regimes of cutters of road-headers for increase of their wear resistance
The method is offered which allows to increase the wear resistance of bit bodies for continuous miners by means of their additional full hardening. This results in increasing the bit body hardness from 37-42 HRC up to 49-51 HRC, which must bring to increasing in wear resistance approximately of 25 %. The suggestion has been tested with a batch of bits spec. RKS-2 (РКС-2) in the mines of Vorkuta and have demonstrated an increasing in wear resistance compared with that of the bits which had not been exposed to an additional hardening.

Application of X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy method for determination of steel grade of rock-destroying tools
It is shown that X-ray fluorescence method can be utilized to determine composition of steels used for manufacturing the rockbreaking tools. A conclusion is derived that one of the possible cause of low wear resistance of miner bits in «Vorkutaugol» is their bodies manufacturing from the steels, which do not meet the Mining Code specifications.

Elimination of complications and accidents during deep well drilling in glaciers
In spite of the certain success in ice drilling technology, there are enough accident examples of the deep coring in so-called warm ice, which is characterized by the increasing of ice crystals and has temperatures closed to the pressure melting point. The generally accepted recommendations for choosing of rational drilling parameters in such ice don’t exist. The low reliability of the drilling process as often as not resulted to the one of the most severe accident in the hole – sticking of the core drills. The effective accident elimination is possible due to the ice dissolving in the sticking zone by the delivery in this zone of the solvent active to ice, for example, ethylene glycol or its aqueous solution.

Separation of drilled cylindrical billet from rock massif

Laboratory investigations of the pre-existing actuator of the aggregate of iron-manganese nodule collection
After disintegration of the USSR the Russian Federation is compelled to buy manganese ores abroad. In a shelf zone of the seas washing borders of the Russian Federation, there are deposits ferromanganese concretion which industrial development will allow to solve partially a problem of absence of own manganous raw material. Existing means for development of firm minerals of a sea-bottom do not allow to fulfil effectively the given deposits, therefore creation new winning machine combining high efficiency and ecological safety is an actual scientific and technical problem.
