Abstract

Reliability and safety are the most important requirements for pipeline transport. The underwater pipelines exploitation analysis based on the last 10 years data shows that the reasons of refusals normally are different force factors, to which concern internal pressure of gas, inadmissible bend on roughnesses of a water bottom relief, random dynamical influences of boat anchors, resonant fluctuations under influence of a stream during washouts of a bottom, erosive process at the bottom and coasts etc.
