In this article, the results of the kinematics and dynamics analysis of a single-toggle jaw crusher mechanism are represented. Connection between operation mode parameters of the crusher and its technical characteristics is shown. Such parameters as position of the toggle plate, pin angle of the crusher, rotation speed and the eccentricity of the main shaft are described.
The article presents the results of dynamic analysis of the mechanism of a single-crushing jaw crusher. The relationship between the pusher pitch and reaction forces in the joints is shown. The analytical procedure on which the present study is based is described. It is found that the maximum reaction forces occur when the mechanism reaches one of the extreme positions, and the reaction forces increase with increasing pusher pitch.
The results of kinematic analysis of the mechanism of jaw crusher with complex moving jaw are presented. The relation between the angle of inclination of the crusher's spreading plate and the wear of the liner plates is shown. It is established, that the friction path made by the point which belongs to the middle of the movable jaw working surface, is less at a negative angle of inclination of the spreading plate, than at a positive angle, and decreases with the increase of the negative angle. Theoretical estimation of wear is given. All necessary calculations are made in the program Microsoft Excel 2002. Input data for the calculation are taken from the drawing of the jaw crusher SCHDS 150 × 80. The review material has been prepared on the basis of the information obtained from the Internet.
