Features of coal mining influence onto undermined ground area in conditions of «Krasnoyarskaya» mine (SUEK-Kuzbass)

The analyses of daily surface deformations and destructions as a result of coal seam «Baikaimski» mining into the mine «Krasnoyarskaya» area was executed. The unusual character of subsidence, were surface destructions are observed when the mining depth more than 50 times exceed the seam thickness, is marked. Technology of overburden rock bench development by using a dragline with accommodation of waste rock in the goaf

Horizontal or gently dipping (less than 10 ), mineral deposits, to which the majority of sedimentary deposits, such as oil shale, coal, peat, clay, limestone etc. belongs to, with relatively thick sediment overburden advisable to practice using transtoptless overburden removal technology, that is using a powerful stripping equipment – draglines. The main advantage of this technology is the placement of overburden directly into quarries goaf, significantly reducing the rented for the waste dumps disposing areas, and reduce the costs of mining-reclamation works.

The program of strategic development of T.F.Gorbachev Kuzbass State Technical University (KuzSTU) for the years of 2012-2020 Technical University for the Innovative Development of Kuzbass is reviewed. Ways for providng safety in designing of intensive coal mining at the Kuznetsk basin

Problems are generalized for the purpose of providing safety in coal deposits mining at the Kuzbass. It was shown that the basis for providing safety should be a complex of safety measures in corporating a repeat geodynamic zooming of the overall Kuzbass, individual deposits and mine fields, multiphase degassing at all stages of mining , and also the gaseous, seismic, hydrogeomechanical and electromagnetic monitoring at productive mines. Laboratory researches of filter-capacity parameters of coal with due account of phase-physical condition and stress-strain state

The Article contains the results of researches of dynamics in changes of physical and mechanical properties of enclosing sedimentary rocks and hard coals of the Kuzbass and Vorkutsk deposits. The general condition of change in permeability factor on gas was obtained, depending on forms and types of moisture bonds in rocks and intensity of stress state. In the research tasks necessary for solving the problem of methane extraction, the methodological aspects are a matter of interest to study the processes of sorption-desorption in natural gassaturated coals. Study of the sorption characteristics of coal has shown that its sorption capacity depends on the stage of metamorphism within the whole studied range of saturation pressures.

Main types of business activity in the different countries of the world taking into account the corresponding features of manifestation, stimulation and regulation of innovative activity of businessmen are considered. Expediency of state regulation of the competitive conflicts because of protection of intellectual property rights is analysed. A necessary condition for the growth of oil stocks in Russia is the application of innovative technologies for oil recovery increase at deposits that are at late stages of development. The experience of Norway, one of the leading oil-extracting countries actively introducing the newest technologies in the field of oil recovery increase and passing petroleum gas utilization, can become quite valuable for the enterprises of Russian OGC. Since 1993 the stocks growth at the Norwegian deposits that are already under development stably exceeds resources at new discovered objects. It is the result of practical work on oil recovery increase. The projects of deposits development in Norway are approved in the dialog process of the state with the companies. The basic purpose is the achievement of the maximal economic benefit and the most complete extraction of oil and gas raw material. Russia is the priority market for Norwegian oil and gas companies. Norwegian and Russian companies have experience of joint work, and ratification of the report on delimitation of sea spaces in Barents sea creates new conditions for cooperation.
