- Authors:
- N. S. Pshchelko
- A. S. Poll
- D. O. Repetukh
In this work a device for measurement at a constant voltage of the basic electric characteristics of high-resistance dielectric materials and products from them – their electric capacitance and resistance – is developed. The principle of work of the device is based on use of transients in connected in sereies elements having electric capacity and resistance. In the electric circuit of the device the mosfet with high entrance resistance is used. Possibilities of practical use of the device for measurement of surface electret potential, for rejection of potentially unreliable condensers, for diagnostics of corrosion of metal under a pro-tective dielectric covering are considered, etc.

Cylindrical probe in anisotropic plasma: how can we achieve reliable results?
- Authors:
- A. S. Mustafaev
- A. Yu. Grabovskii
It has been demonstrated, that cylindrical probe in anisotropic plasma allows to measure only the even components of the electron velocity distribution expansion. For the first time the method for determining the odd moments of the distribution function by solving a system of ki-netic Boltzmann equations, connecting the even and odd moments ( f 0 , f 1 ); ( f 0 , f 1 , f 2 ) etc. has been developed. The method was tested in plasma of low-voltage beam discharge in helium. The experimental probe I- V traces for different orientations of a cylindrical probe with respect to the axis of symmetry of the plasma has been obtained. The moments of f 0 and f 2 has been cal-culated, f 1 moment is defined by solving the «vector» kinetic equation. The accuracy of f 1 calculation controlled by coincidence of calculated and measured values of discharge current. Theoretical and experimental values are in a good agreement.

- Authors:
- E. A. Kurlova
The paper presents a description of content and structure of the associative-verbal field «rest», representing a significant fragment of the world picture reflected in the Russian lan-guage. The present study brings out the semantic content of the lexeme «rest» on the basis of Russian glossaries. The content of the associative-verbal field «rest» is also analyzed on the basis of the «Russian associative dictionary» (Тhe editorship of U.N.Karaulov. Moscow, 2002) and on the basis of the free associative experiment, which was held in 2011-2012. According to the findings offers a segmentation of the associative-verbal field «rest» using differentiation on the basis of spatiotemporal features.

Using of electric field for manufacturing and nondestructive testing of a capacitor sensors and actuators
- Authors:
- N. S. Pshchelko
- V. V. Buevich
Some designs of capacitor sensors and actuators which work is based on electric field use are considered. It is shown that these designs are rather cheap in manufacturing, but thus possess good technical characteristics. The theoretical substantiation of possibility of electrostatic forces use for balancing of a pressure difference in the corresponding measuring device is adduced. Procedure for definition of parameters of a condenser structure cap is considered. The procedure allows by means of one operation – volt-capacitance characteristic measuring – to define the whole complex of the major parameters of a cap-size of a working air gap, a membrane deflection, surface electret potential and a membrane tension. Analytical expression for capacitance of a cap depending on the specified parameters and measuring of its volt-capacitance characteristic allow to define these parameters by solving corresponding system of equations. The procedure considered in the present work is a method of a not-destroying control.

Research of antifrictional properties of industrial oil with additives of the nanostructured metals the acoustic method
On data of acoustic method, it’s discovered that dependence of integral index of friction (D) from loading pressure (P) under using of best lubricant with addition of nanostructured aluminium powder after treatment by mixture of alcamon and triamon vapour, doesn’t consist a characteristic peak under small pressures. This dependence is smooth, plain curve and in pressure range (15-55 MPa) is correctly described by equation D=8,5e 0,082P . Alteration of D on exponent low takes place under using of analogous addition on copper powder base and powder copper, which is processed by alcamon, too. Those facts testify about liquid mode of friction.

Strong current voltage converter
- Authors:
- S. A. Vysotskyi
Every year volume of energy consumption is increasing all over the world, but the number of sources is descending, either because of shortage of resources (oil, coal, gas) or because of problems related to their mining and processing (uranium). Scientific research on new strain converters, which could give both high coefficient of efficiency and work in extreme conditions, is still being carried on. So we need something more stable, than semiconductor electronics, in order to build nuclear power plants of new generation, build sea-vessels and starships with self-sufficient energy supply. This work represents data, obtained within a research on anisotropic plasma generated by thermo-emission converter. The main problem being discussed is the profitability and possibility of using and involving thermo-emission converters in our modern plasma energetic, e.g. as a power switch.

German and British tanks in North Africa during the Second World War
- Authors:
- O. O. Tikhonov
The battle for North Africa was a struggle to control the Suez Canal and get access on oil from the Middle East and raw materials in Asia. Oil in particular had become a critical strategic commodity due to the increased mechanization of modern armies. Britain, which was the first major nation to field a completely mechanized army, was particularly dependent on the Middle East oil. The Suez Canal also provided Britain with a valuable link to it overseas colonies: part of the lifeline that ran through the Mediterranean Sea. Thus, the North African campaign and the naval campaign to control the Mediterranean were virtually very closely linked to each other.

- R. I. Nizamutdinov
This work is devoted to an actual issue of detecting leakages in a system of main oil pipelines. Now it is necessary to pay special attention to the development of the main transport of oil, the prevention of leakages of oil for ecological safety maintenance in the state. There are some systems of detecting leakages: the system of the continuous control of leakproofness of pipe-lines’ segments is based on the registration of acoustic emission (noise), resulting from liquid leakage through end-to-end defect, in the presence of redundant pressure in a pipe; the parametrical system of detecting leakages LeakSpy – is based on an analysis of the profile of pressure and the statistical analysis of the data obtainted. Joint development of Czech company Process Automation Systems and Open Company NPA «VIRARealTime» (Russia) Leak Detection System is also actual. It is based on accurate measurement of pressure and on a statistic estimation of fluctuations of pressure in different points of a pipeline.

Kinetics of short glow discharges taking into account non-local ionization
- Authors:
- A. S. Mustafaev
- A. V. Morin
Analytic model for estimating main parameters of the shot glow discharges is presented. Proposed model takes into account as the electrons production in cathode sheath as nonlocal ionization in the negative glow plasma. According the traditional approach, discharge is dividing on different areas by means visual analysis. Discharge gap is dividing on volume charge sheath and quasi-neutral plasma in presented model. Plasmas areas comprise negative glow, Faraday dark space and positive column. Simple expressions for main glow discharge characteristics (voltagecurrent characteristic, cathode sheath) as well as plasmas density profile without volume recombination are deduced. Finding results satisfactorily correspond to the experimental data. Traditional Enghel – Shteenbek model (witch founded on local approach) gives more considerable disar[1]rangement with experiment.
