Antimonopoly measures in market economy conditions

Abstract
In the period of departure from command and administrative methods of economic management in the conditions of our country, an economy with the prevalence of super-monopolized markets, i.e. markets of one producer trying to produce less but more expensive, which is possible due to the lack of competitors in a certain segment of the market. Therefore, of great interest is the practice of leading capitalist countries related to market regulation, and above all the so-called antimonopoly legislation.
