Abstract

The functioning of any economy, market or command-administrative, is unthinkable today without state intervention. The last decades of world economic practice have generally noted the growth of this influence and a constant attempt to improve it. In the conditions of market economy sometimes it led to "deregulation" of the economy. And then the preconditions for further growth of efficiency production were created.
