Abstract

Transition to a market economy implies that state tutelage, dependency and equalization, apathy and mismanagement should be replaced by freedom of economic activity and responsibility of each citizen for his welfare, hard and well-organized work, rewarded in accordance with its results. On this basis, it is possible to significantly increase the productivity of workers, improve the quality of products, reduce the cost of resources used, accelerate scientific and technological progress and increase the efficiency of production.
