Basis for retraction: Editorial Board decision, proceedings N 45 dated 07.07.2026. Authors’ comment: the author (Rudko V.A.) does not deny the existence of significant textual and substantive overlaps between the two articles published in different journals. The author states that the co-authors from the Mining University (Rudko V.A. and Kondrasheva N.K.) were unaware of the work with other journal and the inclusion of a new co-author. The duplicate publication occurred due to uncoordinated actions by the author team. No comments were received from the remaining co-authors.
