Specificity technological scheme development of the stocks on mine «Yakovlevsky»

The analysis of actually developed technological scheme of Jakovlevsky mine is made. The basic directions of perfection of existing technology of working off for-passes, promoting increase of capacity and decrease in costs proiz-vodstva ores are offered. Концепция отработки Яковлевского железорудного месторождения на участках богатых железных руд

Проанализированы причины длительного строительства Яковлевского рудника, а также факторы, оказывающие наиболее существенное влияние на выбор технологической схемы отработки железорудной залежи. Сделан вывод о том, что главным критерием приемлемости технологической схемы в специфических условиях участка первоочередной отработки Яковлевской залежи является исключение опасных деформаций толщи покрывающих пород, при достижении их возможно вторичное обводнение рудного массива на стадии ведения очистных работ. Предложены системы разработки, использование которых создает объективные предпосылки для обеспечения длительной конкурентоспособности Яковлевского рудника.

Investigation of physical and mechanical properties of salt rocks of Starobinsky deposit

Physical and mechanical properties of salt rocks were investigated in laboratory and mine conditions in relation to the problems of rock mechanics-calculation of rational parameters of the chamber system of development and identification of regularities of manifestations of rock pressure. These tasks are of great importance in the development of Starobinsky potassium salt deposit, represented by several potassium beds, occurring at a depth of 420-640 meters from the surface. Two potash beds with thicknesses of 1.8-4.0 m and 4.5-7.0 m, occurring respectively at a depth of 420 and 580 m, are being developed at the deposit.
