Abstract
The 40th anniversary of the establishment of the Leningrad Trust for Engineering and Construction Surveys (LenTISIZ) is celebrated. The Trust performs engineering and geological works on the territory of the North-West of Russia and other regions. The St. Petersburg Mining Institute has a special role in the formation of the personnel of the organization.
