Abstract

This article is based on the author's master's thesis on integrated management systems (IMS) in accordance with international management standards. The thesis examines the requirements of different management standards in order to identify common or similar elements. For this purpose, a methodology similar to the House of Quality (HoQ) analysis is used. The motivations of organizations to establish an MIS are investigated. Finally, structural approaches to the establishment of an MIS are presented.
