Abstract

One of the most common and effective methods of crystal growth is the method of crystal drawing from liquid melt. Crystal growth is achieved due to the movement of the crystallization front by forming the thermal regime with the help of independently controlled heaters. The article deals with the automation of multizone furnaces for crystal growth using the vertical freezing method (VGF method), with the main technological requirements being the accuracy of tuning in steady-state and dynamic regimes.
