Abstract

Ratification of the Kyoto Protocol makes it possible to use the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions in Russia on a financial basis. This can contribute to a significant improvement of heat supply systems in cities. In the city of Vyborg it is rational to reconstruct transmission and distribution networks, install individual substations and improve the energy efficiency of buildings.
