The intellectual capital is the basis for efficient management of modern oil and gas company

Abstract

Today the effective management of assets of domestic oil and gas companies should be based on the strengthening the role of intellectual capital component. To reveal the relationship of assets the world's leading oil and gas companies to assess the level of market value of the company, the data on twenty oil and gas companies was presented and analyzed in this work, which has the most significant holdings of assets. Based on the research the author concluded that the building company's competitive advantage due to the growth of its intellectual capital is the primary objective of domestic companies FEC.
