Abstract
For reliable operation of surveying gyrocompass must periodically carry out its verification. Verification can make himself executor of works, since it does not need to have a reference bases or polygons. The paper proposed a method of performance of such verification. The experimental results demonstrate the reliability of the proposed method of verification.
