Basis for retraction: Editorial Board decision, proceedings N 45 dated 07.07.2026. Authors’ comment: the authors do not deny the existence of significant textual and substantive overlaps between two articles published in different journals. The authors request that it be noted that this situation arose due to the authors’ uncoordinated actions when submitting similar versions of the same author’s material for publication, and not as a result of intentional misconduct.
