Comtarative analyses of russian and foreing low of hydrocarbon resources development

In given work the analyses of low of petrol countries is fulfilled, the  choice  of  this  countries is modified. Oil and gas sector plays one of the most important role in Russian  economic, but at the moment there is no special low the sphere of hydrocarbons’ development. Analysis of legislation in foreign countries which have similar conditions as Russia (USA, Norway, Brazil) let determine common traits and work out some advices for changing Russian regulation of oil and gas complex.

Principles and prerequisites of forming oil and gas cluster in development of Shtokman gas-condensate field

The main prerequisites for creation oil and gas suppliers cluster are enumerated in given article. Comparison of organization structure of territorial-industrial complexes, developed in soviet period of planned economy, with clusters, which are developing in market economy, is fulfilled. The example of Norway which oil and gas suppliers compete efficiently even on the global markets is given. It was established that successful development of oil and gas suppliers cluster in Murmansk region will let to reach multi-effects and to consolidate interaction between business and State.

Increase of competitiveness of russian and belorussian potash companies owing to perfection of sale policy

The potassium companies of Russia and Belorussia, developing the unique deposits of potassium salts, provide more than 40 % of the world production of potassium fertilizers. Therefore economic efficiency from their activity considerably influences to the world market of potassium. Being the companies which export more than 80 % producible products «Belaruskali», «Uralkali» and «Silvinite» have problems with the transport of fertilizers in Brazil, India, China. Therefore for the increase of competitiveness of these enterprises it is necessary to develop an effective logistic chain which would take into account their geopolitical features.

Model of evaluation of the mining enterprise’s competitiveness’ potential

Competitiveness of a mining enterprise has a dynamic character which defines a necessity to evaluate a potential of competitiveness at the moment and in the future. The evaluation of competitiveness’ potential has to be systematic, to engulf different levels which are differentiated by interval of evaluation, information sources, evaluation base, methods and results. The method of evaluation of basic indices of competitiveness’ potential is presented in this paper. The calculation of operation and dynamic competitiveness’ potential of JSC “Uralkali” and JSC “Silvinit” for 2007 year was made and the interpretation of received results was given.

Assessment of potash industry companies’ competitiveness potential

Development of the modern enterprise and duly prevention of internal and external threats of its existence demand «diagnosis» and an estimation of its economic condition which can form a basis for acceptance of strategic administrative decisions in order to increase economic efficiency and competitiveness. The estimation of competitiveness of the company is necessary for the effective investment of resources and elaboration of competitive strategy of the organization, that is why it represents the major economic task. The estimation of potential competitiveness of the Russian Federation’s potash companies in 2006 shows excess of the majority of parameters of the Join Stock Company «Silvinit» over the same parameters of the Join Stock Company «Uralkali». The account of prognosis dynamics of competitiveness parameters of the companies for 5 years proclaims the significant potential of competitiveness of JSC «Uralkali».

Being on the fourth place in the world on capitalization energy company «Total» considers Russia as a country of huge opportunities possessing, a huge share of global stocks of hydrocarbons and as a potential partner for the foreign companies. Representing a positive example of conducting foreign policy, «Total» attachs great importance to the reputation won on a world scene. For penetration on the foreign markets, concern develops the social programs including projects of cultural, educational, ecological sphere. «We, undoubtedly, are the last generation which is capable of stopping the destruction of the living world before it is too late», Jacques Chirac, President of the Republic of Frаnce. According to the report of the World Commission of the United Nations on the problems of environment and development of «steady development is the development adequate to needs of the present, not depriving the future generations of an opportunity to answer their own needs». Steady development is a policy and strategies that aim at maintaining the economic and social development. Thus, taking care of the environment, mankind does not lose natural resources necessary for its activity. The paper outlines the term «steady development» as well as economic methods of its achievement.
