Possible reasons arising destroying of storage and apparatuses for potential hazard materials have been analyzed. Thermal explosion has been indicated as one of most impotent reasons of destroying chemical reactors and storages. Basic equations for describing of this phenomena have been evaluated for different type geometry and conditions of heat exchange on outside surface. Numerical procedures have been proposed and tested for solving and analyzing of evaluated equations with using special program package ThermEx. Processes of evaluation arising clouds of hazard substances have been considered. Basic mathematical equations have been proposed for analyze of considered processes. The procedure for solving of considered problems has been proposed and tested on base of special program package ReactOp.

- Authors:
- A. B. Tsyganov
- A. S. Mustafaev
Various modes of resistance welding between steel and Ni-Ti-extracting electrodes and fractures of endodontic files were investigated. It was demonstrated that in close to real clinical situations there is most suitable a sequence of a number of pulses of a steepened welding current. As a result, detachment force limit of 15-50 N is achievable which is sufficient for the fracture extraction in most cases.

Anodic bonding method for adhesion enhancement of conducting films to dielectric substrates
- Authors:
- A. G. Syrkov
- N. S. Pshchelko
The appearance of great pulling electric fields at anodic bonding process with a conductor surface to ionic dielectric turns out to be possible due to the interlayer polarization developing in dielectric under the action of electric voltage. This results in a negative charge accumulation in a layer of small thickness beside anode. Thus applied electric voltage is distributed not through the whole thickness of a dielectric, but in fact is applied to a narrow area of the three-dimensional charge beside anode. Arising strong electric fields force the connected materials to unite. In the present work it is shown that use of the discussed technology allows to increase considerably adhesion of conducting films to dielectric substrates both in the process of their deposition and after it.

Photoelectric method of hydrogen detection
The new photoelectric method of the detection of hydrogen is proposed, based on strong dependence of the photo induced current on concentration of hydrogen in III-V heterostructures with Pd contact. The given influence at a room temperature is stronger on few orders than influence of hydrogen on electric characteristics of solid-state elements in existing sensors. The original design of portable sensor module was developed on the base of photosensitive element and infrared light-emitting diode that meet demands of hydrogen power engineering.

Use of mosfet for the control of dielectric characteristics
- Authors:
- N. S. Pshchelko
- A. S. Mustafaev
In this work a device for measurement on a constant voltage of the basic electric characteristics of high-resistance dielectric materials and products from – their electric capacitance and resistance – is developed. The principle of work of the device is based on use of transients in connected in sereies elements having electric capacity and resistance. In the electric circuit of the device the MOSFET with high entrance resistance is used. The device on the basis of the MOSFET for measurement of surface potential of dielectrics is considered also. Use of this device is especially effective at measurement of electret surface potential. Results of research of electrets on a basis of silicon dioxide are discussed.

Procedure for determination of parameters of a condesing structures with a movable capacitor plates
- Authors:
- N. S. Pshchelko
Procedure for definition of parameters of a condenser structure cap is considered. The procedure allows by means of one operation – volt – capacitance characteristic measuring – to define the whole complex of the major parameters of a cap – size of a working air gap, a membrane deflection, surface electret potential and a membrane tension. The expressions for capacitance of a condenser structure cap as a function of specified parameters are obtained. Analytical expression for capacitance of a cap depending on the specified parameters and measuring of its volt-capacitance characteristic allow to define these parameters by solving corresponding system of equations. The procedure considered in the present work is a not-destroying quality monitoring method.

- S. E. Kholodova
The research is devoted construction analytical, in particular, exact solution of a problem on movement of the electrically conducting ideal rotating liquid modeling wave movements in a liquid kernel of the Earth. Namely, the problem about radiation of waves in rotating incompressible electrically conducting liquid by the flat wall making, since the initial moment, harmonious fluctuations is considered. Such statement of a problem can serve as the first step to research of influence of heterogeneity of the liquid environment on generation and maintenance of a magnetic field of the Earth.

Simultaneous doping of silicon carbide with aluminum and nitrogen
- Authors:
- I. I. Parfenova
Three atomic shell cluster of SiC is treated as a set of chemical bonds with tetrahedral coordination. Chemical bonds energies are determined in tight binding approximation taking into account second neighbors interaction and relaxation of atomic positions. Correlations in behavior of Al and N atoms in Si-C-Al-N system determine the quasibinary character (SiC) 1-x (AlN) x alloys. Inhomogeneous regions in (SiC) 1-x (AlN) x system were evaluated using the condition of mixing free energy minimum. We assumed that doping does not change the vibration spectra of the crystal.

The measurements of emission parameters of tungsten thermo cathodes in plasma energetic equipments
Emission parameters and coefficients of reflection of heat electrons from tungsten thermo cathodes were investigated under nontraditional for emission electronic conditions, when the surface contacts with highly ionized plasma. For measurements plasma diode electron current-magnetic field strength relations were used. Parameter Dj, which characterizes cathode heterogeneity by work function, and coefficient of reflection for policrystallic tungsten and for face 110 tungsten single crystal were measured. Proportion entering in effective reflection coefficient of electrons, reflected immediately from the surface and from potential barrier of spots field was determinate.

With use of the theorem of an average in the new way it is proved that the wave of vertical polarisation will not pass for a point with the maximum of electronic concentration if loss in layer to direct to zero.
