Errors of experimental determination of efficiency of gear mechanisms on stands with closed power flow

Synthesis of combined methods of cleaning belts and under conveyor space

Reduction of contamination of belts and sub-conveyor space by transported cargo is achieved by application of preventive means reducing adhesion of adhesives of transported cargo to the belt; cleaning of conveyor belts, which allowed to reduce the number of adhesives on the working surface of the belt and, accordingly, the volume of sludge under the conveyor; double reversal of the belt on the idle branch, reducing the total volume of sludge in the sub-conveyor space and limiting the zone of contamination of the latter to areas in the head and tail parts of the conveyor; manual cleaning of conveyor belts, which allowed to reduce the number of adhesives on the working surface of the belt and, accordingly, the volume of sludge under the conveyor.
