Analysis of the complex effect of face support pressure on rock convergence in drifts
Abstract
Comparison of observability of geomechanical processes forming various manifestations of rock pressure in the vicinity of the mine face allowed us to justify the applicability of harmonic analysis methods to study the influence of face support pressure on rock convergence in the drifts. An example of processing of measurements of soil swelling of a mining drift by the method of spectral analysis is given. The method of interpretation of the spectral characteristic of the swelling process depending on the size of the excavated space is proposed, which makes it possible to establish the parameters of the loading steps on the side of the hanging layers of the roof.
