Abstract

Calculated values of suffosion cavity lengths within the range of 750-1500 m were obtained. A geofiltration mathematical model of the base of the Plavinia HPP was built, which confirmed the assumption about the formation of concentrated filtration paths within the suffusion cavities. This can explain the development of undamped deformations of the base of concrete structures, recorded by geodetic observations.
