Abstract

Most human communication is done through gestures, observing the distance between people. Most researchers have concluded that verbal modes are used to convey factual information, while non-verbal modes convey a person's feelings and emotions. When we say that a person is receptive or has intuition, we are referring to their ability to understand the nonverbal cues of others and compare them to verbal ones. When we say that we sense lies in the words of the interlocutor, we actually find a discrepancy between the words spoken and the facial expressions, gestures. The source base for this study was various books on rhetoric and speech culture.
