Abstract
The most significant impact, determined by the reorganization directions applied, is on the human factor, since one of the conditions set for bringing the N.P.C. to profitability is a revision of the number of the company's personnel. According to some studies in the region, it can be concluded that the impact of mining reorganization on the human factor has been mainly negative. In this case, the paper proposes to identify several environmental, economic and social impacts of mining reorganization.
