Abstract

At present, there are a number of problems at the mine OJSC Polosukhinskaya: depletion of mineral reserves; non-compliance of ACS technologies with modern levels of development; low quality of coal. The analysis carried out on all aspects of the technological system showed that for further development and effective work of the enterprise it is necessary to take a number of measures to maintain the existing workability. These measures are expressed in the following main directions: deposit re-conservation at layer 30 of the mining sector "Antonovsky-3", as well as preparation of new working sectors within the existing mining allotment using the technological solutions available at the mine; introduction the latest automatic control system ACS TP, as well as measures aimed at improving labor conditions and safety; improving the quality of mined minerals through the operation of the Antonovskaya processing plant by introducing a process monitoring and control system based on Granch SBTC2 controllers, which will significantly improve the level of mining safety and environmental protection.
