Abstract

The level of personnel qualification is one of the leading components of human resources of an enterprise, the development of which potential is one of its competitive advantages. The current situation requires continuity in personnel development, i.e. implementation of a number of measures that will help to unlock the individual potential of employees and contribute to the growth of their ability to contribute to the company's activities. The goal of personnel development is to increase the labor potential of employees. Virtually every person has great individual and professional potential. With the help of targeted incentives, the company gives its employees the opportunity to develop their professional skills and personal qualities to meet future challenges. Thus, a core of highly qualified personnel is formed, advanced training of employees is implemented.
