Passportization of the objects of improvement as a tool of effective management of the territory of the municipal district

Abstract

In given article certification of objects of an accomplishment is considered by the example of Municipal formation № 7. During research the list of objects of an accomplishment and the order of gathering of the information on them have been determined, the technique of the account of objects of an accomplishment is developed and the program on formation of a database of passports of domestic territories is organized. As a result of work of the program the statistical information on the objects of an accomplishment located in territory of Municipal formation № 7 has been received. Objects of an accomplishment have been incorporated into groups, and the analysis of security by them of separate quarters of territory of district therefore it has been revealed is made, that quarter with conditional number 12 is provided with objects of an accomplishment worse others.
