Abstract
In work the basic problems of one of branches of a fuel and energy complex – heat supplies are considered. The analysis of activity of the enterprise, its participation in fuel and energy projects of city of St.-Petersburg is given. The technological and organizational-administrative decisions directed on increase of efficiency and reliability of functioning of «Peterburgteploenergo Ltd.» are scientifically proved, factors of financial stability are certain.
