Planning of effective utilization of production and resource potential in oil production

Abstract
Methodology and algorithm to efficiently use production and resource potential of the oil and gas sector are offered considering introduction of a complex criterion to estimate realization of stimulation methods, which will help to make an optimal and qualitative choice of these methods in conditions of limited financial resources and further self-financing.
