Abstract

The article deals with speech technique trainings organization for lecturers and scientists. Good command of the eloquence technique elements is a vital component of a successful speech performance. Perception of the speech sense depends on the voice strength and the speech speed. A person delivering a speech must have a clear articulation, pay a lot of attention to intervals in speech and have an ability to express with his voice the feelings and emotions relevant to the speech contents.
