Abstract
The cores are defined is industrial-technology factors, influencing degree of explosion hazard of the air environment in vertical shafts. The mathematical model of dynamics of liberation of gas in a shaft is developed. Some measures are suggested to increase safety of sinking shafts in the presence of oil and gas.
