Abstract

Statistical estimation and statistical modeling of screw and cutter dynamic system that controls operation of the screw and vibrological impulsator of the surface miner of the type MTS-250 (Germany) is given. The statistical modeling is carried out using a digital model developed by the author as of the whole system and its individual components. This allows to vary the operating parameters of the surface miner and to evaluate the energy input per amount of the mined rock during the time of its work. This will eventually minimize the operating parameters of the surface miner.
