Abstract

The author of the article identified the dependence of the share value of the lanв common property on the market value of land gardening noncommercial organizations Leningrad’s region. For example of determining the value of the land by the selection of a single value of the property. Dependence of the deviation of the result obtained by the method of allocation of the share value of the land common property is illustrated.
