Abstract
In the article are presented the analysis the structure of land university complexes in Russia and abroad, and identified key terms, principles, and prospects for effective operation of the campuses. Are drawn conclusions on a wide variety of functional and design solutions and at the same trends in the development of family land and urban planning approaches that include special complex spatial organization of the business area, the protection and promotion of environmentally significant natural areas.
