Проведен анализ структуры земельных участков университетских комплексов в России и за рубежом, выявлены основные условия, принципы и перспективы эффективной деятельности кампусов. Сделаны выводы о большом разнообразии функционально-планировочных решений и в то же близких тенденциях в развитии земле- и градостроительных подходов, которые включают в себя особую комплексную пространственную организацию деловых зон, защиту и укрепление экологически значимых природных территорий.
