Abstract

The concept of corporate social responsibility in Russia is in the process of formation. A successful strategy of a company in the field of CSR, taking into account the interests of all stakeholders, reduces non-financial risks of the company and contributes to its sustainable development. Therefore, when developing and evaluating of the CSR strategy it’s necessary to identify all the stakeholders of the company, as well as to evaluate the potential effect of strategy’s implementation for each of the groups.
