System of differential equations of working process of pneumatic impact machines

Abstract

Pneumatic percussion machine is a piston thermal machine in which the potential energy of the working body (compressed air) is cyclically converted into kinetic energy of the piston. The piston (striker) of this machine moves reciprocatingly under the action of compressed air pressure alternately supplied to the cylinder cavities by a special air distribution device. Kinetic energy of the piston is transferred 20 cycle can be determined from the following considerations. Since the working cycle of the pneumatic hammer is closed, the initial state of the dynamic system for each period of the working cycle will be identical to the final state of this system in the previous period.
