The state of the ground massif is evaluated according to three parameters: surface deformations, groundwater level position and filtration strength of the pounds. A conclusion is made about the unsatisfactory condition of the pound foundation of hydraulic unit No. 4, which requires measures for its stabilization.
The technological sequence of creation of volumetric mathematical model for justification of hydraulic structure construction project is presented. The mathematical model is an effective tool for investigating the system "soil base - hydraulic structure" for designing and monitoring of objects under construction and operation.
