Metal pliable support developmentsin an ore file Yakovlevsky mine

Article preview

Loading on support is defined by geomechanical, technological and geometrical parametres. At комбайновой technologies of carrying out of developments loading decreases in 1,5-1,6 times. Rigid dependence of size of loading on quality of filling закрепного spaces remains. Bearing ability of arches from СВП-27 and СВП-33 exceeds bearing ability of arches from СВП-22 accordingly on 33 and 76 %. Bearing ability of an arch with the account of plastic deformations of a steel increases on 32-42 % in comparison with elastic calculation.

The substantiation of reinforcing support of preparation mines in the ore massive of the Yakovlevskiy deposit

Article preview

The paper justifies a design of reinforcing mine support of the protective roof at the priority high-grade ore mining site of the Yakovlevskiy deposit. Experience of mine roadway support with the KMP-A3 standing support has been analyzed. A reinforcing support is offered consisting of rock bolts back bracing the ore exposure, which best fits with continuous miner roadheading and consolidating stowing (concrete).

Influence of blast waves on the stressed state of the barrier pillar at carrying out of parallel excavations

Article preview

The stress condition of the barrier pillar in bypassing with the drill and fire system has been studied for the ore massif conditions at the Yakovlevskiy Deposit with application of the finite element method. Estimation of cumulative static and dynamic stresses resulting from charges of various weights is presented for the previously mined entry contour.

Parameters of stress fields in the ore massif containing the parallel mutually influencing mine excavations

Article preview

The effective distance between underground excavations (column width) was determined. The stressed and deformed state around the excavation and displacements of the excavation walls are determined. The technology and procedure of excavation and backfilling of the excavation during the construction of the protective cover are taken into account. Qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the results of numerical modeling was carried out. The finite element method was used as a method of analysis.
