The article presents the results of development for computer-aided design and planning of open-pit mines with the Mineframe software. There have been shown such peculiarities of computer-aided planning process as horizon reserves, development of annual cutbacks, searching of quarterly (monthly) volumes, monthly scheduling of equipment operation placed on benches, solution of the problems of ten-day periods, daily and shifts planning based on bench modeling.
The article described the methods for the use of specialized application of software on the stages of exploration, design, planning and maintenance of mining operations and also in abandonment or conservation of mineral resources deposits.
The system of automated design of mass explosions at open pits based on computer modeling of mining technology objects is presented. It is shown that the effective solution of the problem of automated design of mass explosions is possible with the complex solution of geological, surveying and technological tasks in a single information space of the mining enterprise.
At different times and by different authors, attempts have been made to relate the amplitude-frequency characteristics of the seismic signal to charge parameters, conditions of its detonation, and the size of the fracture produced by the explosion. To such attempts it is possible to refer results of measurement of parameters of stress waves at explosion in conditions of all-round compression, experimental and theoretical researches of speed of growth of cracks from explosion of a single charge in rocks. The dependence linking the frequency of medium oscillation with the Poisson's coefficient, longitudinal wave velocity and the maximum radius of the fracture zone is proposed.
