Abstract

Due to the transition to smelting of unburnt briquetted flotation concentrate in ore-thermal furnaces of Pechenganickel smelting shop (JSC "Kola MMC") it seems reasonable to determine the optimal conditions of electric smelting technology. The mathematical models of smelting technology and shop technology as a whole have been developed and a computer program for their solution has been created, a comparative analysis of technology indicators using existing and new raw materials has been carried out.
