Abstract

The granulometric characteristics of the crushing - classification products were analyzed on the basis of the factory testing of the crushing cycle of the Pechenganickel concentrator. On the basis of this analysis and mathematical models of apparatuses the technological process of grinding with the purpose of its optimization is investigated. A number of recommendations on optimization of grinding and classifying equipment operation were elaborated, proposals on reconstruction of the grinding - classification cycle were developed, operation charts for the grinding process with regard to productivity growth were created.
