На основе данных фабричного опробования цикла измельчения обогатительной фаб­рики «Печенганикель» выполнен анализ гранулометрических характеристик продуктов измельчения - классификации. На основании этого анализа и математических моделей ап­паратов исследован технологический процесс измельчения с целью его оптимизации. Выработан ряд рекомендаций по оптимизации работы измельчительного и классифи­цирующего оборудования, разработаны предложения по реконструкции цикла измельчение - классификация, созданы режимные карты для процесса измельчения с учетом роста произ­водительности.

The granulometric characteristics of the crushing - classification products were analyzed on the basis of the factory testing of the crushing cycle of the Pechenganickel concentrator. On the basis of this analysis and mathematical models of apparatuses the technological process of grinding with the purpose of its optimization is investigated. A number of recommendations on optimization of grinding and classifying equipment operation were elaborated, proposals on reconstruction of the grinding - classification cycle were developed, operation charts for the grinding process with regard to productivity growth were created.
