Abstract

The technological scheme of geodetic support for the construction of hydraulic structures intended for the safety of the runway of the airfield in Beirut (Lebanon) was developed. The basic method of geodetic measurements is accepted a satellite method in a relative mode. This method is multidimensional for the considered object of works (the method is used for the survey of the bottom relief, embankment of the dam body and laying of building blocks). Lebanese normative and technical documentation was used in the works; the planned positions of the points of the state geodetic network of Lebanon, given on the Clark ellipsoid, were defined in the UTM coordinate system. The plane rectangular coordinate system is French (x-axis points to the east, y-axis to the north).
