Abstract
The analysis of peculiarities of development of complex-structured coal deposits is carried out. One of the ways to improve the methods of separate mining of complex deposits is the use of hydraulic excavators of backhoe type. Due to their design features, these machines can excavate low-power and complex coal seams ahead of time, remove and unload the rock mass below and above the level of its standing.
