Abstract

The drawbacks of the existing hydraulic turbine drive of oil pumping station, which serves to control the position of the hydraulic gun barrel in two planes (vertical and horizontal), are revealed and analyzed, and proposals for their elimination are given. Connecting the hydraulic turbine drive to the power source (centrifugal pump) by a parallel scheme reduces the reliability of the drive, the wear resistance of the hydraulic turbine, complicates the design of the drive, reduces the pressure before the nozzle of the hydraulic gun and the productivity of hydraulic extraction, worsens the conditions of pulp formation. It is suggested to use in the drive of hydraulic motors a straight-flow propeller turbine of special design. These disadvantages are either weakened or eliminated. The productivity of hydrodrilling increases by about 10 %, and the energy intensity of the process decreases accordingly.
