Abstract

The successes achieved in the creation of measurement standards of physical quantities using Josephson and Hall quantum effects are investigated. Current trends in the creation of a mass standard related to fundamental physical constants are outlined. The way of transition from centralized metrological support of working measuring instruments to decentralized.
