Abstract
The methodology developed to assess the state of forest ecosystems in the zone of influence of atmospheric emissions from metallurgical enterprises is applied to assess the impact of the Kursk nuclear power plant. It is shown that this NPP is a relatively clean facility, the impact of which on the environment is minimal.
